Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Delivery
Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery times and dates depending on the delivery address. More info on international delivery times and charges can be found here.
We try our best to deliver all orders on time, however; delays can happen due to several reasons such as postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as possible. If a delivery period is exceeded, it does not entitle you to compensation.
You agree that the carrier we have engaged for the delivery may also deliver the Products to a neighbouring/nearby address or pick-up point, after which Safar Publications is deemed to have met its obligation to deliver the Products. The carrier will notify you of the delivery to the neighbouring/nearby address or pick-up point.
Orders are only dispatched and delivered on business days and not on any public holidays. Therefore, please, take into account any public holidays including any national and/or regional holidays in your country of residence and in the city of residence. Note that public holidays may vary per country and per year.
Safar Publications is entitled to make split deliveries so that you receive your Products as soon as possible. There are no additional costs associated with such split deliveries. However, if you request that we deliver in parts, we may charge you for extra delivery costs. Each split order shall constitute a separate contract of sale.
In the unlikely event that after entering into the contract of sale, we cannot, could not or can no longer deliver all or part of your order and we are not responsible for this situation, we will be entitled to terminate the contract of sale. We will, of course, inform you as soon as possible and reimburse any payments made.
Returns and Refunds
Check out our returns policy here.
We understand that sometimes you may not be happy with the product/s you have ordered and may want to return them for whatever reason. As long as the items are in their original condition, we are happy to accept the return if you make us aware of the return and post the items within 30 days from receiving your order. If we agree to accept your return, we will send you the return address and any relevant info you may require for the return.
Safar Publications are not liable to cover costs of returning the goods. If for any reason we have arranged to collect the goods from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
All returns should be packed securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received. If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that they arrive with us in their original condition.
Note: we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
The arrangement and cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. We advise that goods are returned via recorded delivery and proof of postage is obtained in case of the unlikely event of the parcel being lost in transit. (Proof of postage is free at the Post Office and return centres)
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
